We had all of our documents translated & they put their official stamp on them...but they don't have to be notarized. You can translate them yourself but I believe you have to provide a short statement saying you are qualified to do it. I'm sure someone on here can help with the wording.

i just finished uploading our documents last week...so hopefully we'll get a case complete in the next few weeks!

Hi, thank you for sharing your information. I was looking through  the timeline you shared, my case is pivot also. Do i have to wait to submit the civil documents after i fill out the D-260 form ? or can i i fill it out ### soon as i submit it? thank you

I filled out the ds-260 & then uploaded everything. I believe you can upload the docs as soon as it's available to. They won't review your case until everything is complete.

You can submit as soon as they are open. I did it all at the same day. If you have any mistakes theyll tell you pretty much the next day.
