What did you send to your fiancé for the “evidence of relationship”. I’m currently working on mine right now and I’m not sure what else to send. I have a Document showing us video chatting and letters we sent to each other since last time we met(March 2017). Any ideas will help me too!

Are you working on the petition or visa application?

YMMV

If I were you, I would include a copy of those letters with dates of delivery and date you sent them to each other. Pictures when you were together, screenshots of your chat logs, timeline of your meeting.

I'm a DCF CR1 filler, and what we included in our petition were chat logs, pictures, and we wrote our whole love story (from the beginning til present) explaining all the timeline and pictures.

You are K-1, most include samplings of chat logs, emails or letter, along with a few picture.  The embassy instructions letter states:

"EVIDENCE OF A GENUINE ENGAGEMENT. You must prove to the consular officer that you have a genuine relationship with your petitioner and a clear intention to marry within 90 days of admission into the United States. In the past, successful applicants have submitted photographs, letters, e-mails, phone records, bank records, and remittance records as evidence supporting their relationships and intent to marry."
