So my fiancee went to the consulate the other and was approved "FINALLY"; however, they said they would not send her, her visa until I sent in my annual tax declaration. Now I do not know what that is, is it my 1040 or a tax transcript??? I don't want to get it wrong. from Spanish, it translates directly to saying annual tax declaration. it is the only thing stopping me from being with her please help!!!

If you have the transcript then transcript. If not, the corresponding 1040and W2.

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.
