You need to stop giving wrong advices. Yes the wife will need a waiver once she go back to the Mexico because she will have 10 year ban. But this cannot be done from within the US.

If wife gets deported then OP should consider moving to the Mexico for few years. Because this will not be a fast process. Not to mention who knows if his citizenship will be denied or not.

Im jot giving advice im just reading the website and seeing that there might be an option. You are not a lawyer im not a lawyer so i would definitely speak to someone who knows the LAW and will actually give you the right advice!!!!

You told the OP he's got options and gave him a link to something that doesn't apply to him... If you don't know something, just stay back watch and learn. That's my approach to VJ when I am not sure about something and I don't want to confuse the OP.

Filing Locations

If you are outside the United States, you must file Form I-601 with the U.S. embassy or consulate where you apply for a visa. If you are already in the United States, and applying to adjust status, you would file Form I-601 with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

Just be clear my wife is from the U.K. and she crossed from Mexico to US  and I came legally to the US

Well I should start by saying that I’m very worried because in my n400 interview the IO was very mean, asked me about my wife who is illegal and told me IM GOING TO CALL THE ICE NOW TO GO GET HER, I was so in panic that my Wife will be arrested, she asked me where she was I said I don’t know and then she called her and told her WHERE ARE YOU ? ARE YOU WORKING? GIVE ME THE ADDRESS YOU ARE NOW, and than she said to me IM CALLING THE ICE TO GO GET HER NOW? YOU ARE HARBORING AN ILLEGAL ALIEN AND THAT IS A CRIME SHE SAID, Imagine my heart was fast and after that she said DO YOU WANT TO CANCEL THE APPLICATION? I said no!! Than she kept asking me the yes and no questions , had me sign 2 times at the little tablet one the part saying I was under oat, and the last one the oat ceremony part, than asked me the civil questions that I did great and before we finished she took my Guatemalan passport and my green card. And said YOU WILL BE RECEIVE A LETTER. And didn’t give me my documents.

She didn’t give me the note saying my results or anything.  I’m very worried I will appreciate any similar experiences or advices.

Thanks

Loads of issues with this application.....:-(

1. I believe you answer a question on the N400 somewhere that you have not nor ever harboured illegal aliens.. Q.24

2. Look at Question 30.F

Both of those come under the Moral Turpitude clause.....

I have one family member who adjust her status 4 years ago. She was in the US illegally working and all my uncle got his citizenship and marry her they had 3 kids already and he filed a petition for her what the lawyer did was file the waiver for her once she was approved she went to her home country for the interview and she enter the US with her residence , you can file for a waiver within the US you need a good hardship to get approved. That laws was under Obama administration I believe.

What does THAT have to do with it? Your wife is ILLEGAL...you want citizenship so she can get LPR too....this is what gets people on this site very upset at people like YOU!!

@Nikingas can you disclose a little better how did your wife enter the US? The fact that she is undocumented, is different from being "illegal". Undocumented people may have come into the US by air or land or sea and had a point of entry into the US and have checked by immigration. That means they might have even had a I-94. Illegally crossing the border...is a different matter. 20 years ago people where already stamping passport entry into someone at the border control.
