Hi,

 

My fiancée is in Brazil and I am very close to submitting I-129F.  I am curious what are the documentations and forms my fiancée have to prepare in Brazil on her side?

 

I searched in VJ and USCIS but I couldn't find the information.  Please help..

Very little information comes from the beneficiary for the petition.  For the visa application, every consulate is different.  Since the visa application is done in Rio, you should search there for what they want

All of you guys are so awesome, I am so grate for the fast replies and valuable informations... Once I learn more information and successfully finish my visa and green card process, I will also help other like you guys. This is so heart warming....Thank you guys again

I used www.visatutor.com. I paid for the online course and followed all the suggestions.

I am extremely confident with the 130 page packet I sent in.

There is a lot you can include in the petition which will make it much easier at the interview.
