Today we receive the package 3 from the Consulation Offices in HCM City VN. We notice that the DS-230 form is different from the DS-230 downloaded form from this website. However, the questionairs are really much similar.

To help my fiancee filling-out this form I use the downloaded form to fill-out then email to her. She then re-write to the DS-230 form received from the Consulation this way we find faster and accurate. I will do this method again when receive the package 4, but it's never too early to fill out and send all the package 4 info to her for review now. By the way with the experiences from previous members on this website I be able to prepare all the required documents for the package 4, again it's never too early to prepare these documents, along the way there might be a roadblock but it's better to prepare ahead of time than wait until problem comes. Just my two cents!

Check the DOS website for the must current form. I know the one that was sent to my SO in Morocco was expired. I had him download one that was currently valid. Didn't want to risk them denying the case because of an expired form.
