  Seriously, so many people who decry mainstream "fake" media and then post information from the most asinine of sources. It would be funny if it wasn't so pathetic.

Yes, it is scary how many people must have skipped class when they went through how to figure out if a source is credible or not. Though today it is getting harder as sources that should be credible, sometimes aren't. That's why, if a news media is reporting something and citing reports, read the report.

I did not think it was true when I posted it.  But I did think it was funny, just as the flat earth stuff is funny.

 

Soros HAS funded several things in the past (he seems very anti-Trump), and I have no doubt he has the ability to fund things about which most of us would never even know.  He is a quiet soul, is Mr. Soros.  But his money speaks volumes sometimes.

  As long as you recognize that. I don't doubt you, but I'm pretty sure not everyone posting from sites like that realize that or are just posting for humors sake. Some actually believe it.

I know.  In fact, I came across it on the feed of an old friend of mine who posts such. I have long since stopped trying to get him to not post such things, but he still does.  The fact that he posted it is a pretty sure sign it is fake, without even having to source it.  Sad, but true.

Well, it is hard to find a source that is going to be accepted by everyone and that fact-check website that has won a bunch of awards haven't done a piece on it yet so why don't you go an do your own research and see what you can find?

I am just playing, but it  is so interesting to see how folks turn to the biased MSM folks and ignore their political biases.  That is the great thing about today, there are so many sources of the news.  I know Obama said in Japan he wished we were still in the era of three networks and the NYTimes, but it is much better that there are multiple sources available with all sorts of biases so no stories can be ignored.

I kind of agree with Obama but with one addon: I miss the days when we had fewer media to go to (because it was convenient) but they were all about honest reporting and not this stupid skewing everything to get viewers and this bias depending on the political views of whoever owns the station/newspaper.
