Just wondering how many poeple who applied to the VSC still haven't recieved their NOA2? It's been 126 days since my NOA1 and only a single touch.

12/26/06 Mailed CR1

12/29/06 VSC Received I-130

01/03/07 NOA1 mailed

01/10/07 NOA1 received

02/01/07 Touch 1

06/01/07 Approved

06/01/07 NOA2 email sent.

06/07/07 NOA2 recieved in Mail

NVC

06/11/07 NVC assigns case number

06/25/07 NVC generates Choice of Agent Form

06/25/07 Email sent with Choice of Agent

06/28/07 AOS bill recieved and sent back

06/30/07 AOS Money order delivered to NVCS

07/03/07 Choice of Agent email accepted and comfirmed

07/09/07 IV bill generated and sent out

07/10/07 Called in to comfirm they have MO for AOS

07/11/07 AOS bill accepted and processed

07/16/07 IV bill recieved and mailed out

07/23/07 I-864 recieved and mailed out

07/30/07 DS320 is generated

08/08/07 I-864 recieved and entered into the system at NVC

08/13/07 DS320 is revieved and sent back

08/28/07 Case complete

09/06/07 Case forwared to Mumbai emabassy

11/15/08 Interview

11/28/08 Arrived to the US

I-130 Sent : 2006-12-11

2008-05-16 CR-1 visa issued

2008-05-20 recieved visa

2008-05-31 I arrived at JFK (took me 1hour and a half to be out of the airport with a stamp in my passport)

10 year GC

2010-03-06 I-751 sent

2010-03-09 NOA-1

2010-03-10 check cashed

2010-4-12 Bio (done early 3-29)

2010-6-3 card production ordered

2010-6-19 10 year GC recieved

N-400

2011-3-28 application sent via express mail to LEWISVILLE TX SC

2011-3-29 application recieved

2011-4-20 early BIO

2011-6-16 interview

2011-7-29 Oath

only 126 days... :innocent:

my NOA1 is from August 22nd and since then I had one touch on September 9th... that's it! nothing else until today! and I'm not the only one :angry:

08/16/2006 I-130 sent

08/22/2006 NOA1

08/26/2006 NOA1 letter received

09/09/2006 touched

05/06/2007 case transfered to CSC

05/08/2007 touched

05/11/2007 touched (says: case is now pending at CSC)

05/14/2007 touched again (i have to admit i'm surprised to see all those touches)

05/15/2007 touched again... it is starting to scare me!

05/18/2007 approval notive sent

05/21/2007 NOA2 (e-mail notification)

only 126 days... :innocent:

my NOA1 is from August 22nd and since then I had one touch on September 9th... that's it! nothing else until today! and I'm not the only one :angry:

my NOA1 is from December 15th has not been touched

HEY, I applied for my parents on 01/12/2007. I-130 at VSC.

no luck yet...

singha please update your case, as we are about nine days different from each other.

hi! new here. we filed ours sept 30, 2006 with VSC no touches after the receipt of the NOA1, until May 7, 2007, transferring our case to CSC. Surprisingly, another touch on 05.12.07 just to advice pending status of our I-130.

08/21/2006 I-130 sent to Vermont.

08/25/2006 VSC Received petition.

08/28/2006 NOA1

10/26/2006 Touched due to Wifes name wrong on petition.

03/26/2007 Attorney sent to USCIS via certified mail Petition for Alien Relative Status Inquiry.

04/10/2007 Contacted Senators office - still waiting.

our NOA1 was dated Oct. 10, 2006. no touches until May 7, 2007 email transferring the file from VSC to CSC. May 12, 2007, another email saying the case is pending with CSC...... :clock:

05/07/2007 received email that The NVC has received the ds-3032

05/08/2007 automated line changed the message.
