@alivcc You cannot 'revoke her visa'. That is NOT how this works.

HUH?

this is the second? third? woman you bring over and again it doesn‘t work out ?

I mean I get it...sometimes it just really doesn‘t work out...but sounds to me it‘s more you who is the problem and not the woman.

but to answer your question: NO you cannot revoke her visa it‘s not up to YOU

divorce her, take proper care of your baby and that‘s it!

Love these kind of threads tho 🙄😂

Another thought

in most US states the spouse can not take a child out of the state let alone the country without the approval of the other parent

if you bought the ticket or took her to the plane,,  you have put your rights in jeapordy

trying to get your visition rights or any other rights as a father may be quite hard

and really at this point you should not be concerned with a new gf but with your child

not what you may want to hear but you are a father and that baby deserves a father

my grandma use to say the most important thing a man can do for his children is to love their momma

I don't find the timeline is quite right. She entered the country in January 2017 and now you both have a baby. Did you start AOS yet? Did you marry her first then got her here or you marry her in the US? Sending her home with the baby and want to revoke her visa shows your character. She has been living in the US for over a year. She might have received her Green Card. It's not your decision where she wants to live. Your controlling behavior and lack of willingness to get criticized might be the reason why she left you.

comments are not abusive but they are critical

and you will get that on here from those of us that take this process so seriously

sounds more like she returned home because you were abusive and she did not know what to do

and you are still married and hunting for a new wife?   WOW

were you ever serious about your wife and relaitonship?

Did anyone file police reports of abuse?   hard to fight that if no reports exist

why did you pay for her to return home?

if you did not and didn't know ,  why didnt you follow as she has your child?

or did she just go to visit and has no idea what you are algedging back in US?

YOu need help and not the kind VJ can give you

I thought that you couldn't leave with a USC child without the USC parent giving some kind of permission or they won't let you board the plane? Could be completely wrong but that's what I've heard. To prevent kidnapping.

And again, accusing of someone being abusive without proper police report is just bad-mouthing your wife. A gentleman would never do that

Sounds like the OP thinks that because he brought the wife over - he owns her.

Sadly it's very common when it comes to immigration... Not only in the US.

It's suggested to carry a notarized letter from the other parent (whether married or divorced, and whether the travelling adult is a USC or not) giving consent for the child to travel outside of the country....from my own experiences with this travelling to different countries with my daughter (and without my husband) I've learned that the letter is not a legal requirement in any way and rarely asked for by POE (personally, I've never had it asked for by an airline before boarding).

Hope the OP can work it out with his current wife (and mother of his child). Hopefully  he does not need to start another K1 or else in the short time.

Pretty much have mostly been asked for by CBSA and maybe once by the CBP when travelling with my kid.  But I always have it just in case.

Considering his track records with bringing women here I think it's better he focuses on himself and not bring anyone else here.

Since a minor child requires both parents to sign the passport application, I believe by signing the passport application, it states you are giving permission for the minor to travel alone with only one parent.  So no additional permission is required for the child to depart the USA.

I always provided a permission letter but it was more for the exit controls for the foreign country for the return trip and not the USA

YMMV
