My lawyers received the copy of the Oath ceremony notice. I have not received it myself yet. So far, for all notices, we received our separate copies. If I don't get my copy before the ceremony, can I use the notice my layer received or can I use a photocopy of the notice she received?

Thanks

One of the items is any other document issued by USCIS. This is very broad. I am assuming it includes:

I-131

Conditional Green Card

Permanent Green Card

But, does this also include document issued such as H1B and multiple transfers, Student Visa (F1) etc. And, also, while I still have it, the student visa is pasted on my old passport. Not sure how they can "take" it.

Thanks

Visas are not USCIS issued documents

YMMV

Good point. How about H1Bs (I-94)?

H1B is a Visa issued by the Department of State (It may have started with a petition but it resulted in a visa)

I-94 is an entry record issued by the CBP

H1B petition was filed by the employer to USCIS and USCIS issued the I-797A (approval notice) and I-94.

Are you going to bring every flavor of 797 you have ever received?  Stop right now because you are over thinking this.

Your current unexpired green card is ALL you need to bring

Does anyone know answer to this question?

We've already answered your question. What kind of answer you want? You have a lawyer, why not asking him?

Not the first question. Sure, I will ask my lawyer. Thanks.

Take everything with you that issues by USCIS or Embassy. Leave all those documents in Car and take only your unexpired green card.

Lets say if they ask more documents, you should have it in your car with you.
