AOS by marring citizen

Greetings. I have submitted my file Feb 2017, I still haven't received any updates regarding interview. I got a feeling that my case is still in NBC since the receipt I-765 was approved by NBC May 2017. Does anyone know why is that? Did they forget about my case?

If I can just add - I applied in August 2017 and I haven't heard anything about my AOS, I also haven't received EAD.

No it just takes several months to get your case ready. NBC prepares your case and then forwards it to your local office for the interview. Depending on the backlog at your local office it can take several months to years before they get to you.

Thank you for replying. Yeah, I've been  keep tracking this case processing-times. I found out they have been processing to April 2017 last week, however  since they changed everything this week so the case processing times fell back to sep 2016.
