Would Getting a Working Permit in Canada Affect Our Case?

My husband who’s a US citizen is planning to visit me for few months in Canada. He wants the get a working permit so he can work temporarily. Would this affect our case or should it be ok?

Make sure you maintain your US residence

As long as My husband who’s an US citizen maintains his residence in the US then it should be ok right? I’m already living outside of the US and I’m Not a US citizen. We are working on the I 130 and I 601 waivers.

The USC needs to demonstrate US domicile or the re-establishment of US domicile as part of the petition process

I don’t understand what you mean by that. So is it still ok if he get an open work permit? I’m confused.

I don't see a problem with him working in CA
