Did anyone  here go thru a case that involved  CSPA? My cousin's son got his visa  approved. I was just talking  to him today to see what kind of questions  they asked him at the interview. He said  just basic  questions such as what are you  planning  to do when  you go to USA?, are you married? Do you have  girlfriend? Than gave him signed a form say hear  you can sign this form of you want  to get married  later  and bring  your wife to USA.

Did anyone  else  have same  experience?

I'm not entirely clear from what you described, but it's normal for an adult child beneficiary to have to sign an undertaking not to get married before they immigrate. Is that what you mean? It's a separate issue from CSPA per se.

Any greencard holder or US citizen can bring their spouse to the US; this has nothing to do with CSPA.  Do you have a specific concern or question?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
