Receiving Medical Results - Cho Ray

My fiance and her daughter will fly to Ho Chi Minh City for their medical exams and then fly home after.  Will they wait at Cho Ray to be given the results soon after the exams or do they need to return the following day?  Or does the hospital mail the results to her home address? - Thanks - Jason

They will let you choose: pick up or Cho Ray will send it to HCM Embassy.

Important note for you from my personal experiences: If possible, go to interview with your fiance.

Great!  Thank you.  I think we will have them send the results to the embassy then.  

 

I will definitely be going to the interview.  Even if I don't say a word, my fiance will feel more confident having me nearby.  I know the CO will notice, too.

Good luck on your interview!  Definitely helps her by being there.  The nerves are bad enough, but being at her side relieves a lot of the stress.

Just wanted to follow up...the medical results were sent to my fiance's home address.

A lot has changed since then. Back in 2014, they would schedule you to come back to pick up the results and that could mean another trip if you don't live near Saigon.
