1) Is your wife''s name on the NOA at all?

2) Do you have a copy of the ROC you filed, so you can look back and see how you filled in the info originally?

My suggestion would be to schedule an infopass appointment at your field office, and bring the NOA and the copy of the ROC application with you.

I am the USC and she’s the one removing her conditions. And her name is the only thing that’s appears on the NOA.

Should my name appear as the Petitioner? and she should be the beneficiary right??

Sorry about the confusion. I should correct my first statement lol.

She is the applicant to remove conditions.  You are not the petitioner or a party to the application.  Only her name will be on the I-797

Oh I see. I didnt know that because on both our i129 and i485 it always states that I am the Petitioner ( since I’m the USC) and she’s the beneficiary since i’m petitioning her.

Thanks a lot.

True for those two but she is now an LPR, and the time has come for her to stand on her own two feet

Thanks again for clearing that out. I really appreciate it for you to explain how this NOA thing works for ROC.  👍
