Hi, please can anyone who got approved during his/her interview  for k1 visa tell me which line number of tax return paper he/she used for question 3 part 3 of page 3 ? Thank you so much. 

Aslso can a person after he/she got approved for k1 fiancé visa get married legally in Morocco before coming to the USA to complete the k1 visa process ?

1. No one gets approved k1 in Morocco anymore. 😅😅😅😅. Just kidding. Kind of. A couple do. 

 

2. Absolutely not. That's a huge violation. You should have sent in a notice saying you will marry within 90 days of entering the US. If you wanted to get married in Morocco you should have done that from the beginning and done a CR1. This is like applying for a student visa then dropping all classes day 1. You picked a visa you wanted to use based on your circumstances. If you changed your mind, get married there and apply for the right one.

what form is the question 3 on?

and the other is right

very few K1 's in morocco get approved (only 14 in 2016)

most of us try the K1 as says we can and then get deniied and marry and do CR1

 

and if you are lucky to be approved K1 NO WAY marry in Morocco as that can result in a ban and BTW they know at POE if the woman is traveling also as she would have henia

as for AOS you will report last 3 years of income

most of the time you only need last year's tax transcripts for income at interview /before April 18th 2016 and after April 18th 2017
