Conversation proof in different language ?

My fiance and I communicate in Ukrainian and that is the language that we text in. If I provide an English translation, will they accept it ? Or does a certified translator have to translate the conversations?  I was just looking at the I-129 instructions, and this is what I saw:  If you submit a document with information in a foreign language, you must also submit a full English translation. The translator must sign a certification that the English language translation is complete and accurate, and that he or she is competent to translate from the foreign language into English. The certification should also include the date, the translator’s signature and printed name, and may contain the translator’s contact information.

 

Also, the "where to file" section says to file I-129 to :

But isn't California service center the only place that handles K1's?

1.  You must have translations.

2.  There must a translator statement as you indicated.

3.  All K-1s are sent to the Texas lock box, then they are transferred from there.

USCIS will not care about conversations between you and your fiance. You can include it, but it will be sent with the approved I-129F to the embassy so the CO sees it. It doesn't need to be translated (well, unless the embassy requires it to be translated...but they'll address it at that time). It's just front-loading evidence.

 

All I-129Fs are sent to the Texas lock box. From there, they will route it (which yes, goes to CSC).

 

Edit: If you do provide a translation (it won't hurt to do so), you can use USCIS' guidelines, which is just a certification of the documents: http://www.visajourney.com/content/translations

If the embassy requires translation of documents, you should follow their instructions at that time.

so when I write the letter of intent and I have to write in the filing location I should write Texas right ?
