I have done everything. I sent in at least 4 e-requests, same answers. For 2 requests, they completely ignored them. They did not give me ANY ANSWERS.

For senator help, I did it back in June. No response.

For Congresswoman help, I turned in the form and they got back to me EXACTLY WHAT USCIS SAID ,THAT BOTH CASES WILL BE PROCESSED AT THE SAME TIME. However we all now know it is not the case.

I think they are playing with us. I do not know what to do at this point. I did all the things, months ago. Now I do it again knowing they don’t give a , but we will see.

For a light of hope, I have just consulted with the November 2017 Forum.

There is one case very similar to yours and mine (I751 filed in November 2017) and Naturalization right after that (the person didn't specify when but said as soon as the window opened).

He/She got combo interview last Thursday!!

So I don't think it's true that they eliminated them.

This happened exactly last week. Just double check the last participation in the November 2017 Forum.

DId they get the interview in Portland or the Seattle office? If their i-751 is filled in November 2017, then their N-400 must be filed either in November 2018 or December 2018... the soonest and they received the interview letter in August most likely to get the interview this month. There is a very good chance they live in the South of Seattle, and get an interview in Portland. We are stuck here in Seattle though.

Unfortunately, this person is from the East coast. He/She says Baltimore, MD.

But the rules and policies are federal!

I don't believe that we are stuck in Seattle.

The rules and policies are federal, but each office has different rules. My friend filed in Atlanta for example, her interviews were de-scheduled 3 times because she has a pending i-751. She is still waiting, without having an interview for N-400 or for I-751. But her I-751 is not looked at because of her N-400 and it is stuck at NBC. So yes, different offices have different rules and ways of doing things.

I see. So we should put all our efforts about our beloved Tukwilla office and figure out how is their way of processing.

Someone has to know something!

My hope is the Infopass appointment. I will ask them directly how the office is handling these combo cases.

Same thing for me. No good insight from Tier 2 officer. All I was asked was to wait. Sigh!

I started liking and getting used to my temporary I551 on my passport. Forget about the permanent green card and the US passport for a while :(

I hope whoever has information can share with the group.

I am still waiting for the e-request answer. As soon as I know anything, I will share it!

I am in the same dilemma with you guys. A combo filer. Filed I751 in Nov 2017 and N400 in Dec 2018. Last update I had on my I751 was a month ago from the California service center stating that they have completed preminary review and the case has been transferred to Lee summit. I checked it again the next day, it was transferred back from lee summit MO to California but did not received any notice for that transfer. Has anyone experience the same issue?

Yes, a friend of mine had his case transferred twice just like they have done yours. He was eventually called for combo interview and he’s a citizen now. My advice is relax and let them do their thing. They would eventually remember you. I’m not worried at all, whenever they are ready I’m here lol.

When I called the customer service they said the wait for NBC is 42 months and that I might have to wait another 11 months.

i751: May 18, 2017

n400: June 9, 2018

This is purely insane. I am November 4, 2017 I751 filer; October 20, 2018 N400 filer.

In December 2018, I got the same notification that you probably did that it was transferred to Lee Summit's MO. One day before, it was transferred to "my local office".

In February 2019, I received this notification by email: (The email has an address from U.S. Department of Homeland Security
USCIS National Benefits Center
P.O. Box 648005
Lee's Summit,MO 64002"

"The status of this service request is:

Recently, you contacted us about the status of your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, filed on November 13, 2017.  On October 25, 2018, you also filed a Form N-400, Application for Naturalization.  Our records indicate that your Form I-751 and Form N-400 are currently pending and will be adjudicated at the same time. "

Does it mean that it will take almost 4 years to get the 10-year GC and the Citizenship?

This is terrible!!!!

On Sept 25, 2019 I filed an e-request ONLY asking about the I751.

I think that it's probably better to follow up on our I751 and postpone the N400.

It makes no sense at all. We can’t force them anyways. wherever they’re ready, they release it. The good thing is it doesn’t stop us from working and paying our bills but with the citizenship status you can get better jobs that requires security clearance.
