Yes. It helped in my case. I only emailed them about my case. If I didn't get a response within the alloted time or when they did finally respond, I would put in another online enquiry. I bombarded them literally.

Keep in mind, it was 21 months and no word on ROC. That's why I hassled them due to being out of processing ROC time. I didn't email about N-400.

Would you mind sharing the email address that you emailed Seattle office about your case. Im waiting on I751 and N400 also. I filed August 2017. What did you say in the email? Thanks

I applied for N-400 and got NOA on 9/14/17. Still waiting also on ROC since Sept 2016 so most likely combined interview for us. Seattle also.

I applied N 400 in 8/2017. Still waiting on ROC since 7/2016. I hope my case fast like yours. How many times did you request/email that your case was out of processing time? You got your oarth on July 4th right? Did you get ur passport yet?

I didn't email them directly. I made case enquiries online (using i-751, not n-400) due to out of processing times. Once that was answered and closed, I would do it again the same day because the answer was just to basically wait it out.

You are well out of processing time as last I seen, it was December 2017.

You need to do case enquiries and don't stop until they process your case.

You may want to also get your local congressman involved. Give USCIS the feeling that you're not going to back down until you get some action. Make them tired of having to respond to your enquires and they will take action. You may get transferred but this will get action and your case will land on a desk of an officer who says "thus case needs to be adjudicated and we have to do it now".

Good luck.

I probably had 4-5 online enquiries. Like I mentioned above, as soon as they close out on one, that same day and enquired again. This told them that I was not happy with their response.

Yes, I did have my oath on July 4th. Changed my social security card about 2 weeks later. I haven't yet applied for passport, there's no need right now. Having 4 applications (myself and 3 minor children) each time I applied for status changes drained my pocket.

I am now waiting on 3 x N-600 for my children to have their own certificates of citizenship.
