I have not been able to access my case information from uscis.gov case tracker tool for weeks now. Is it just me? or others are experiencing it too?

Contact their phone number, and ask to speak to a level 2 officer. Actually just tell them you can't access your case, the level 1 officer will also see this and choose to transfer you to a level 2 officer.

Citizenship Journey:

(Month 1)-   N-400 sent: 12/20/17

(Month 2)-   Fingerprints: 01/11/18

(Month 8)-   Interview: 07/30/18

(Month 9)-   Oath Ceremony: 08/23/18

Officially a U.S. Citizen!

I did call them last week. The L1 rep kept telling me that my case is still within the normal processing time and should not be escalated to a L2 officer. I can give it another go tomorrow.

I am trying to find out if this is a one-off issue with my case or some broad technical glitch on their end impacting more people. I did file paper based in November 2017, but have an IOE receipt number.

Thanks for confirming. Yeah, if others are also experiencing this issue then no reason to waste time on their phone lines.

Yeah, I guess that's the only option now. I liked having that option because the tracker tool on uscis.gov page used to be a couple of hours faster in updating to the latest status.
