My interview was at 12:00 PM. I showed up 30 mins exactly and got check-in. I wait for at least an hour and had my interview around 12:30. The interview lasted about 40 mins.

My officer is a lady. She asked me I was just here a couple of weeks ago. I explained to her my situation, she was so surprised and said that it was so odd and confusing. I agreed with her.

We started with my writing, reading, and civil test. It was very easy, so don't worry guys, you got this. Here are some of the question

Reading: Who is on the dollar bill?

Writing: Washington is on the dollar bill.

Question:

1. When do you adopt the Declaration of Independence?

2. Which ocean is on the East Coast

3. Name 3 original colonies

4. What Benjamin Franklin famous for?

5. How many US Senators are there?

6. Senator serves for how many years?

Then she went over my name, yes/no questions. Then we talk about my dog and her cat. Then she congrats me. I asked could i do the same day oath? She said they are full.

I left and my status change from Interview Scheduled to Post Decision Activity to Oath Ceremony will be Scheduled. I think she is a senior officer so she made the decision right then and there.

Hi,

My appointment was rescheduled from Jun 18 on Jun 19.

They didn't explain the reason, only difference in my address. The first mail they sent to my old address (moved last year) and the second mail to my new.

From your experience, How many times they scheduled an appointment? Did it happen because of my new address?

I am glad you settled you have the balance dropped to zero, try to get an original certified statement from IRS that shows that everything is paid.

The document delays is very strange. You still haven't received your letter? I am sure that you checked the download tab in your online profile but double check again.

If you don't receive it by Friday, I recommend calling the office or scheduling a meeting with them. Delays won't be to your favor, I can't believe I am saying this, but it feels like the officers are working against the people here and trying to screw them Ughhhh I hate this feeling. Anyhow, let us know what happens.

I called them today, My call got transferred several times and got several call backs because the wait times were up to 270 minutes but at 4pm today I got a call back from an officer that explained to me that what I am seeing on the website is normal because they did initiate a RFE but they did not draft it yet because they are not sure if they need that evidence to begin with and are still making a decision.

So basically, She said that I just have to wait until they do and just keep checking the website.

My case estimated time was updated to 1 month today but no update to case status :(

Guys chill out with the estimation time.

My oath letter is being mailed to me, but the estimated time just changed to Sep 2019. Well I don’t think it will take me that long. They won’t send me a oath letter 4 months ahead for a ceremony.

my estima-te time changed crazily while I waited for both i751 and N400.

I filed I751 in Feb 2017, interview May 2019. You do that math.

I waited for N400 for 17 months.

you will get there. Just don’t trust the estimated time. It’s never accurated

Oh wow that's nice. Mine hasn't reflected yet as a PDF on my USCIS account hopefully it appears there today. The 12th would be amazing though for me as well because I have a planned trip to London from May 27th to June 11th. I'll have no option but to reschedule my trip if it falls in between this time period because I can't risk a rescheduling. I guess you can't blame a guy for wanting this done with after all this drama with USCIS. I'm at the point where I'll rather lose a few hundred dollars in rebooking fees than deal with USCIS again. When did yours appear on your online account and where and what time is it scheduled?

Yes that’s really smart. I have a final that day but I will rather ask to take final another day than rescheduling my appointment.

it shows up this morning and it is scheduled at 1:30PM. If we are on the same day, let’s meet :)
