Messy! Well, you're almost there! I hope your journey is completed soon.

I'm combo filer. I filed I751 at the beginning of November 2017 and N-400, at the end of October 2018.

So, 16 months and a half already passed since I filed N-400....still nothing! No notice for interview..nothing...radio silence.

Have you tried seeking the assistance of your senator or local member of congress? That's an outrageously long time to wait...

2/2020: Interview (10 months)

Yes, I already contacted our Senator and my Congressman. My N-400 is within normal time frame (still, until the end of June 2020). So there is nothing that can be done. The I-751 case does not count at all. The few cases beyond 20 months for N-400 were for people who moved across states (not my case).

We just got a call from an USCIS officer that the oath ceremony that was scheduled tomorrow will be canceled.  It was going to be held in Lacey.

Sorry to hear that :(

@SilverLake - another cancellation

May I ask you when in the day your interview was scheduled at? I have my interview scheduled at 10:50, I'm not sure if that is too late for same-day oath.

My interview was at 1:30PM. However one person I know had the 8:00 AM interview the same day also did not get to do same day oath. She was also scheduled for the March 18 ceremony.

It's happening in various places across the country in response to the coronavirus pandemic...
