My online notice came through on 02/19 - they will reuse my old biometrics. Filed on 01/03.

That’s good - it saves you the gas to go to Tukwila just to have your fingerprints and photo done.

Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

FINALLY!!! My status has changed to “interview scheduled”! No document displayed yet. It must have only changed in the last 20 minutes as I have been checking constantly all day. I imagine I will have the appointment letter on the online portal tomorrow.

Hello everyone,

After I got my citizenship on 1/27/2021, I started new journey to get the US Passport.
I want to share my progress with you as this might be your next thing to do after interview.

N400 Apply: 08/12/2019
N400 Interview and oath: 01/27/2021
Passport Apply: 01/29/2021 (I made this appointment at USPS as soon as my n400 interview was scheduled on 12/30/2020)
Passport was received by State Dept: 02/05/2021 (I was able to track my application since 2/5/2021)
Check cashed: 02/08/2021
Approved: 02/24/2021

This is for a regula processing and I requested both passport and card.

Where did you book your passport interview? I can't get any open slots at the Bellevue Bel Red USPS office.
