I don't have a "set" salary it fluctuates depending on the hours I work. Let me explain, I am a 911 dispatcher we have an hourly rate and I work 6 days for 8 hours a day then have 3 days off. I could make a little more 1 year than the last depending on if I volunteered to work over time. I know I make enough I'm just curious if I put my hourly rate or put about "$28,000" a year and explain further on the back of the form in that section will they have a problem with that? I already have my last 2 years tax returns and my boss will write a letter explaining my pay and hours and that it's full time. I know I'm probably over thinking but I'd like to hear from someone else who has done this before.

Thanks in advance!

It just estimated, and you can do like this :your hr rate x 40 x52. Back it up with pay stub and employment letter.

That's exactly what I was thinking as well and it all matches out too. I'll just do that and have all the evidence to back it up.

Does your most recent tax return show over the poverty level? If so, that will be sufficient for London. They will not ask you for multiple returns + Employer letter + pay stubs. An employer letter confirming your position and hourly rate can be the cherry on top, but London has approved many with only an employer letter -or- only one tax return.
