Pran34 my timeline is a bit different from yours and still going.

For me, it's been like this....

Applied to Biometrics - 22 days

Biometrics till yesterday (Jan. 8th, 2019) 163 days and counting with no interview notice yet.  In other words, 6 months and counting.  😕🤔🙄😞🕓🗓️

Any experience of USCIS entertaining me and my wife's oath ceremony together - if we go together on day of the ceremony.

I had requested IO to have ceremonies to be scheduled together - they did schedule it together on 24th Jan- but different times( 9.30 am and 1.30pm).

I am hoping to request them at 9.30am to let us take the oath together - or else my entire day will be wasted.

Never mind, just received multiple oath cancellations notice by post mail for my wife and updated schedule notices,

Both are now scheduled at 1pm for 24th.

Hope i get enough time for applying passports.

Unfortunately, you won’t have enough time to get a passport with the oath at 1pm.  When my wife had her oath it was scheduled for 1pm, but it didn’t actually start until around 2 due to the need to check in over 70 people for the ceremony.  We ended up going down to the passport office the next day as a walk in and she had her passport in a few days with expedited processing as we were traveling in a few weeks.

Woo hoo!!!  Just got an e-mail at 12:10pm today, saying my interview has been scheduled!!!  😄 🤸‍♂️💥

I checked my online account but, it hasn't been updated with the letter yet. Probably will have it within the next 24 hours or so.   It's about time.  February 8th would have been 7 months I've been waiting.

My USCIS online account updated late today with a copy of my Interview Notice.  I go for that on February 28th (a Thursday) at 1:30pm in Detroit.

@Nee & Kam I am actually an applicant from JULY 2018 so, I've waited longer than most. Some June filers were done in November. And, you and another August filer both had your interviews in December and January and, as of today, you and that other person will both have had their Oath Ceremonies.  I see that someone who filed last September already has an interview scheduled BEFORE me, on February 20th!

I'm late to this site, but am posting my timeline through Detroit. Been Green Carded for a long time, filed N400 in October. Much better than the estimates USCIS provided.

Hello all I’m new here my hubby attended his interview on Jan 9 and they requested initial evidence, was wondering if anyone here has been through this situation and could shed some light about how long it took for them to decide?

When you say initial evidence, what exactly are they asking for?

At the interview they requested the child support order and proof of child support payments. My husband has children from his previous that do not reside with us.

Then I guess I would submit any documentation dealing with that to satisfy the request.

Good Luck!
