Case status changed on Jan 9th to interview scheduled. States on site that information will be sent via mail. No email.

If you have an online USCIS account, you can pull the interview letter with date/location rightaway.

Anyone get their oath ceremony yet? Trying to figure out an estimate for Detroit. I had my interview back in December. The agent said i Passed it pending i751. And then got my oath ceremony will be scheduled notice on the website on January 3rd and a i751 approval on Jan 4. Just playing the waiting game and trying to see if there's a usually timeframe for the oath ceremony in Detroit

If you have an online account, you can get the letter immediately. Even if you file by paper, you can setup the USCIS account and track changes/docs there.

OMG!!!!!!

I did not know this. I had an account in the Case Status area alone. I assumed it is one common account.  Thank you. I was able to create one and now i see the actual notice.

Hey folks :) I have a i751 pending and my interview letter does not mention anything about my interview being a combo.

Are Detroit often good about doing combo interviews and should plan and expect one although it is not mentioned on the letter?

I'm in the same situation. The interview letter I received did not mention anything about a Combo interview either. N-400 application happens separately, and I think the Oath and approval will come before the I-751 gets approved. in which case, we wouldn't need the I-751 approval anymore.

N-400 applied: Nov 10, 2022
Interview Date: Feb 28, 2023

Location: Detroit

From what I have seen from other members is, N400 interview is done. If they don’t have your I751 they will delay the approval pending receiving of I751. Once they receive I751 they will approve your N400.

if you receive a oath of ceremony date they you are all set.

We are also doing interview without I751 on Feb 16th. Will update when we finish.

Oh... I hope, they don't hold on N-400 approval pending the i-751.
Keep us posted, and good luck on your interview :)

They do not have a choice.  They cannot approve the N400 with a pending I751.  Back in 2018 when my wife naturalized she had her I751 pending.  She received an interview notice for the N400 only, but I went with her and the IO conducted a short joint I751 interview with both of us.  Luckily the IO had our I751 package on her desk, so she was able to approve both.  I think the big question now is how efficient USCIS is with getting the I751 packages to the local offices so they can be combined with N400s.
