Hi,

I filed for AOS in May 2017 from a K1 visa, I received my EAD card in Sep 2017 and I am looking to renew my EAD (180 days prior to expiration)

I am still waiting for my GC and interview date.

Am I correct in saying that I do not need to pay anything as I am pending AOS from category C9?

When I send away my renewal and receive a paper NOA does this automatically extend the EAD card I possess for an additional 180 days?

I am unsure of what forms to send for a renewal for the EAD/AP card is there one form, do I need to send new passport photos for a new EAD card?

All replies much appreciated

Thanks

You'll need to look up the filing address/addresses though :)

Thank you KULtoATL,

Do the NOA's have to be original or can you keep the originals and send photocopies?

Furthermore, is there something on the form I select so they know I already applied and I'm just renewing so it waives the fee?

Am I correct in saying the NOA I receive from the extension application extends my current EAD card?

For NOA I have the green I-797's for the I-131 and I-485.

Then I have I-1797cs (receipts) for I485, I-131 and I-765

In terms of NOA for AOS I don't have one as I am still waiting on my GC interview
