If a company wants to hire me and they can sponsor GC application, but since I am new employee, will that be convincing? I know it would take very long to get the GC, but can we submit the EAD application at the same time? how long does it to approve that? thank you for your reply.....

Yes they can sponsor a new employee on the H1-B visa, though it can take some time anyway there are a limited number of visas per year. But since you are already in country, you already have a sponsor, an that will be the person who originally filed for your visa.

No the person who originally petitioned for what ever visa that you came into the country needs to be your sponsor.

Please tell us the whole story, did you enter on a K-1 or K-3? Where is your spouse?
