Hi! I submitted my n400 application last October (USC spouse working abroad). I had an IOE receipt number with October 31st priority date. Nothing happened on my case. It was never touched until February 15th saying that they moved my case to NBC. Now, it says that my submitted date is February 15th. They new receipt date is February 26th and did my biometric March 13th for walk on. My questions are

1. Is October 31st still my priority date?

2. They sent me a biometric notice. Date of notice is march 2nd appointment date is march 2nd. They mailed the notice march 6th. Why? Has anyone had this too?

3. They sent me another biometric notice in a yellow paper dated march 2nd being the appointment date march 2nd and the mail stamp is also march 2nd. What does this yellow paper notice mean?

4. Do you think my interview notice will come soon?

thank you in advance!
