Is that ok to file AOS without SSN? My fiancee entered US on March 23rd and we got married on April 7th. Somehow my fiancee's record did not show up in the SSA system after we had waited for 4 weeks, SSA told us they need to do a manual verification and it will take 35 days. Thanks in advance.

Yes, SSN is not needed to file AOS.

My wife doesnt have a SSN either, we went twice to two different offices and cant seem to get it and the lawyer said to file the AOS now without it and it isnt needed. I believe the new fees go into effect june 1st so we want to beat the deadline.

Your profile shows K-3, K-3's cannot get SSN with out first getting either EAD or Green-Card.

This is the list that SSA goes by: https://s044a90.ssa.gov/apps10/poms.nsf/lnx/0100203500 Only K-1 is listed there as able to get the SSN before EAD or AOS.
