Supporting documents

Hello,

I would like to know what kind of documents do I need to send to NVC ,do I need to send pay stubs checks or letter of  employment.I just change my have W2; transcript tax ,tax return documents.and what about bank statement do I need it ? please I need more information .

Did you recieve the bar code letter from NVC with a list of needed items?

you do not send anything till they tell you what to send as important all docuents go in at the same time with the bar code letter

they will ask for supporting documents for AOS (can be last Tax return or 3 years tax returns / i have seen both) also can say W2 's if you do not have tax transcripts

they will be asking for the 2 criminal investigations from Morocco for your moroccan spouse in Arabic and the English translaitons

NVC can and often asks for any other needed ducuments as USCIS does loose some 

 

When you submit ALL documents at the same time label them in the upper right hand corner OF EACH AND EVERY PAGE as you can not staple, paper clip or bind them

The INSTRUCTIONS for the I-864 are who/what indicates you provide evidence of current income.  A pay stub is actually better than an "employer letter".  No need for both.

Dear @pushbrk i really wanna say thanks to u n u will be in my prayers always.. Thanku soo much u r such a lifesaver i didn't able to text u in msg box so m sorry m writing here.. Thanku once again for yr help.. my two years tax returns and amended tax return for filling status as married filing separate has been accepted by US embassy n my visa has been issued yesterday.. they can ask for them

usually the letter says if you do not have tax transcripts

and  this seems to depend sometimes on the person who does the paperwork

The instructions require you provide evidence of your stated "current income".  If you have no current income, then you don't qualify unless you use liquid assets to do so.  In your case, evidence of current income would apply to your qualified joint sponsor's current income.  Sounds like you need a joint sponsor.

Hey ,my i-130 form just approved,USCIS send me a notification.Do I need to start my documents to send it to NVC?
