RFE Submit photo but did not indicate a name

Im petitioning for my husband in the Philippines. I filed july 2017 and just got an update on March 5, 2018 asking for a Request for evidence. I just received the letter today and it said:

 

Submit Photo

 

Submit (1) one passport style photo of .

 

that's all it said. There was no name indicated. I don't know if they are requesting for my passport photo? Or for my husbands photo? Or both? I tried calling the customer service but it was after their hours, Im just wondering if anyone has ever experienced this before? Would really appreciate if anyone would respond!

I submitted photos for both of us with the I-130...to play it safe, I would send both.

A review of the instructions might be helpful..

 

(3) You must submit two identical color passport-style photographs of yourself and your spouse (if he or she is in the United States) taken within 30 days of filing this petition. The photos must have a white to off-white background, be printed on thin paper with a glossy finish, and be unmounted and unretouched.

 

So the request is for a passport style photo of the petitioner (unless the beneficiary is in the USA)
