I've searched the threads and can't find the relevant info. All I can find is info from 2016 and what I have doesn't match that.

MY husband is a UKC and I am USC and resident in the UK. We have been here a year but have decided to go back to the US permanently. We are doing DCF through London. We did a traditional K-1 visa when we got married and lived in the states. We did a spouse visa for me coming this way. We have one son who is a dual citizen so don't have to worry about that. Just have a few questions about the I-130 going back.

We have:

I-130

I-130A

US passport photos x2 (one for each of us)

G-1145

International bank draft $535.00 USD

My US passport page(copy)

My UK entry stamp and visa/ BRP card(copy)

Marriage certificate (copy)

Husbands UK passport page (copy)

Self-addressed stamped envelope

Is this it for the first part? We have seen others sending in the G-235A with photos but it's not listed on the checklist. Do we still need to send this as well? Like I said, we can't find any information about it so just wanted to check. As we have been through this twice already we are fairly confident about being able to do it ourselves but would appreciate a second set of eyes to make sure we avoid any delays. Thanks for any input!

Just follow the instructions provided by the USCIS field office in London. They have provided checklists for what they want from you. https://uk.usembassy.gov/embassy-consulates/government-agencies/dhs/uscis/i130filing-html/?_ga=2.2575472.1386467690.1521471234-1641113824.1489155735

Part 2 for when it is sent over to the Immigrant Visa Unit in London (under the Dept of State) is also covered on the embassy website. https://uk.usembassy.gov/visas/family-immigration/how-to-apply-2/

Hi Ashton and Neil....just wanting to see how the process went for you guys and if it was as easy and straight forward as it seems. My husband and I literally have the same exact story as you....he came to the states on a K1 and then we came here to London a couple years later (me on a spouse visa). But are now looking at going back. We don’t have a child, but we may by the time we move.

How long did the process take take for you guys? And was it relatively straight forward?? Thanks!
