Visiting during K1

Hi everyone! 

 

My fiance is hoping to visit me in June and we are in the process of our K1 Visa. They received it February 16th but my question is, can he visit from the UK and if so what does he need to bring?

I have visited the US three times allready since our application, no problem at all. Make sure he has a return ticket, it surves as proof he will leave the us again. Take a copy of the i129f and prefferably a letter of his employer stating that he is still employed. He needs to show strong ties with his country. But they never asked me to show the documents.

I second that... I visited 3 times and all time didn't get asked for any evidence just how long I was staying.

Just make sure he has purchased a return ticket and he goes home on his return flight! Also that if questioned at immigration in the airport he explains that you're going through the K1 process currently.

 

All should be fine.
