Now I'm  thinkinh if did he really cancelled it,  he told me he called the immigration to cancel it,  or this is just another mind game for me from him..

I don't see it being any issue, especially if Philippines.

 

From my experience they don't care if you have done a previous K1 or a couple previous K1,  it is not asked about in the interview at the embassy in Manila.

How about the US immigration in United states.. Since they will review this second petition probably would see my name that somebody filed k1 for me previously..

Shouldn't matter at all, should be approved in average time frame as others.

Today i called my ex boyfriend and he told me that he cancelled the visa and told the immigration to put me in blacklisted coz I  am scamming him,  how is that possible without any evidence that i was scamming him?  Infact i introduce him to all my family and friends how it can be a scam?  And he is telling me he spent for about 8,000 dollars to me in  2 years,for me i guess its a kind of gift since we are in a relationship,amd i don't expect him to count it all...  And I  don't want his money, i want a real happy family a guy who is not using money to get love, he evin messages my relatives and siblings and my former bosses telling all lies and getting their symphaty,  I didn't tried to contact this people i let it be coz if they are in to you they will not believe him..  Anyway  he is now in a relationship with my best friend which really hurt me,  not of him having relationship with my best friend , i am hurt because u trusted my best friend and thought she is in my side, and I can tell that this guy uses hia money to her well anyway I'm not into that anymore they are my exes now ex friend and ex boyfriend, now i am concerned to this coz i have my new boyfriend and of course we are planning to get married and be together, I wanted him to stay in my place but he can't  do that as of now coz he has work and he has her daughter which he loves so much, I feel really bad coz this is really a headache to him, i don't want to give a lot of headache,  I love my boyfriend so much,  he is not a rich a guy but he has pure love for me and that all matters.. 

 

 

Now is it really possible for him to put me in a blacklisted in entering usa? 

He can not blacklist you nor suggest it; It is the USCIS s job to decide on these matters.

As long as you have NOT gone thru with the Visa, another K1 is very possible. There could be no mention of the other one.

Girl all I am saying is be careful and be sure you really truly love this second guy. Never be with an abuser and also take some time to get to know this new man (in person) because its forever (should be). I wish you the best of luck and God bless.

He can not just call to cancel he has to send  a written notification that he cancel the petition. That is what I had to do when I cancel one . I was trying to do a K-1 visa for a girl, but things just was not good So I cancel it, then I  met my wife

I would assume that you and your ex were "in love" which prompted you two to get engaged in the first place. Now you say that you are hurt from what happened, but instead of trying to heal and get over your ex, you jump into a NEW relationship with ANOTHER "American"? AND already thinking of getting married? all within how long??? And you claim that this isn't a scam. It sure looks that way. Perception is reality and its perceived that way. ALWAYS.

well before our final break up we already had fight a lot and wanting to leave him he is always threatening me.. How could you say its a scam??  Is it  a scam of wanting to find the right love?  And I'm not hurt of our break up I'm  hurt of how he is manipulating people telling all lies just to get their symphathy, and taking credit all the hard work I've done within 10 years  just to have a good eduaction and future,  and he just came in the picture in one year ,taking entitlement of my hardwork??  That's a kind of being narcissist person..  

 

Well,  my new boyfriend and i had known for long time now..  And why I cant make new relationship and he can? With my bestfriend??  People like that is not an ideal to be husband,  he just shown me more the thing that I  don't want and I'm  glad I finally ended up and face my fears with all his threat.

How did he take entitlement of your hard work? Do you even know what you're talking about? Jumping into a new relationship as a "rebound" I guess? But already deciding to get married? You sound like a teenager that falls in love within a matter of days and make irrational decisions. It's your life and you do what you want with it, but don't be surprised if things doesn't go the way you envision it to. #Logic.
