You recently applied for a visa, what did they ask you then, I would expect something similar and maybe why have you come back so soon.

I applied on 15th March 2018. I was asked two questions:-

1. why do you want to go US?

2. Why was your H1 rejected? (While typing on computer)

Then said at present you are unable to get visa. But you can apply again.

Not sure why you expect anything different next time.

Were you asked about it last time.

About what? About weather I worked there or not? They never asked me about this. Neither this time nor that time in 2002. I think they wanted to confirm that the company where one is sponsored for H1 should be well reputed. It was a Motessory school. It may not be in their records. So they asked me to provide the details of other employees working there from my employer. But my employer didn't provide it. Actually when it's any good company then such questions are not asked. My employer said that she will train about Montessory teaching technique. But that school was not in the records of US H1 office. I think so.

Yes. It's true that I can't expect anything different. So only I asked what can be done to get visa. But with the help I got from here, I want to try if I can get. Because it's the need of this time. If not then I will have to drop the idea and will pray for my father to recover wherever he may be. If there will be recovery I will be more happy. My visiting is not more important than his health recovery. But there is less hope for his recovery.

The CO will also have a record of what was said/reasons for denial during the last interview as well so any conflicting statements at your next one will stand out.
