Hi all, its me again!

I am now helping my son complete his requirements for the removal of conditions.  Should he use my documents as his evidence?

Thanks in advance for the replies!

Yes that would seem logical, along with the explanation letter and maybe copies of birth certificates to show "relationship" (just a thought here)

If you are a child filing separately from your parent, submit a full explanation as to why you are filing separately, along with copies of any supporting documentation.

I agree with Hank. But, if I recall your son was a "to follow" derivative and if so then that should be noted in the explanation letter. Have patience it's taking almost a year now to get through ROC. For us it was 14 months.

The issue they had was the son aged out during the process.

Not really, he has his conditional GC, this is ROC time.      You have a step daughter that is around that age don't you?

Going in April for Virginia Beach outreach. We have 7 items to be addressed between all 4 of my family. I know, why not wait for Raleigh outreach the next month. Can you say Jolly Bee. :jest:
