My fiance and I met through Facebook, and I included a copy of Facebook's "Terms of Service".  Simple and to the point.  No RFE was issued to us.  So as long you can get the terms of service for the app you met on, that would suffice.  Best of luck!

we met online but there are no TOS since it's not a paid site . it was called meetme. an app that came with our Samsung phones. Any ideas about this?

Doesn't need to be a paid website.  Think about it, do we pay to use Facebook? not at all.  But anyways...I'm sure you looked it up already, but I did find this...

https://m.meetme.com/terms

Hope it helps, good luck!
