we met online but there are no TOS since it's not a paid site . it was called meetme. an app that came with our Samsung phones. Any ideas about this?

Did you indicate the name of the app/website when you sent the form? Yes we did attach it

I didn't submit a TOS for the site I met my fiancé on....no rfe, got noa2, now case is in transit to embassy.

Where it does state that you need to specify the online website or app where you met ? , I actualy didnt specify anything and got my NOA2 without any RFE , i have no idea where you get that kind of in

Doesn't need to be a paid website.  Think about it, do we pay to use Facebook? not at all.  But anyways...I'm sure you looked it up already, but I did find this...
