i think you are asking the wrong questions. TBH...you are concentrating on the wrong issues.  a list of evidence can be extensive, but key pictures and other proof is better than others,   E

Yes.  The UK is much easier than some place like Morocco.  I think the Ukraine is kind of in the middle like the Philippines.  Just good proof and they should be fine.

 

@Olichka, you are lucky.  The letter of intent and maybe a separate sheet stating that neither of you have been married may be fine.  For us, we needed the CENOMAR.  That is proof of no marriage so she needed one as an annulled woman or as someone who has never been married.  That is Philippines only.  I was just illustrating that in the Philippines, they still need government certified proof they aren't married.

PDOS (Pre-Departure Registration and Orientation Seminar) is for ages 20-59.  Peer Counseling is for 13-19 years of age.

It is required to have the visa in their passport for PDOS and Peer Counseling.

 

GCP (Guidance and Counseling Program) is for K-1 Fiancee and IR/CR-1 spouse ONLY.

:thumbs: just curious if you have met the 2 year requirement, that's all. I have known my fiance for less than a year and i've seen her 3 times already around the world. Russia, Ukraine and my home country

I printed all our pics, and we got approved!  I had 1 - 2 pictures on each page with a description of when and where the pic was taken.  We will take in real photos once my fiance has her interview.

we made a word document on google, and my fiancee and i worked together there 22 pages of pictures,  receipts, hotel reservation, boarding passes.. because we have seen just 3(one visit per month) and we are a short crazy lovely relationship...i mean we just have 3 months together and get engaged at 2 months(thanks tinder <3)...so that's the reason why all the evidence... but just try that your printer have a good resolution. also we wrote where, date, who and short description of the moment for each picture....
