I had 6 pages of pictures with 3 to 4 pictures per page.  I had my entire Passport scanned in color including front and back and blank pages.  It had the immigration stamps that proved I was in country.  Letters of intent, birth certificates, dissolution of marriage with judge's signature (mine) and CENOMAR (Certificate of No Marriage) for Rose.

 

I got an RFE for Rose's court papers from her annulment.  Make sure you have proof that both of you are eligible to marry.

As others said, focus on good quality relationship evidence. The amount doesn't matter. Five photos together from various trips + one page of chats for each month you've been together is infinitely more useful than 100 photos from a trip or 500+ pages of chats.

i think you are asking the wrong questions. TBH...you are concentrating on the wrong issues.  a list of evidence can be extensive, but key pictures and other proof is better than others,

 

Example: 

 

1) photos of both of you in public places 5 total, members of your closed ones (family) 5 total 

2) passport stamps, luggage tags, hotel reservations, train tickets, museum visits stubs, anything and everything that has your and his name on it

3) webcam videos with date and time of conversations, maybe even screenshot of family in the conversations. Social media messages (FB, Whatsapp, etc.)

4) letters from USA to Ukraine, from Ukraine to USA. it cost you nothing to send a letter or packages like little gifts to each other

5) Purchase of engagement ring, i did this after i had sent my petition

You have to prove that neither of you are married.  You need to be legally free to marry and prove it.

nope. Proof of elegible to marry is only if you where ever married before and divorced, aka divorce certificate

You need a letter of intent from both of you too.  My proof was the finalized divorce certificate signed by the judge and Rose had the court paperwork for her annulment signed by a judge.

if you can explain more your status its easier to help you.....you dont need to disclose every detail, but lets say...example:

I'm single, never married..fiance was never married as well. I knew about the letter on intent, but I thought we needed something else so I got worried

I guess it can be helpful if you feel you have a difficult case, but I know I'm lucky in the sense that Andy is a UK citizen. It's relatively low fraud, we've never been married, no kids, etc.

You're fine then. Just one signed letter of intent from each of you is necessary.
