What is Form I 130A, supplemental information for spouse Beneficiary?

The form is to just gather information about the spouse beneficiary. Sure you can help your spouse complete it but he/she will still need to sign the form. Once you've completed it, your spouse should review the form to ensure accuracy.

Just in case you're wondering, you'll need to include the I-130A if you're filing a I-130 to petition your spouse. It is a must-submit kinda thing. This form supersedes the former G-325A.

For my I-129F, K-1, AOS, EAD, AP and ROC detailed timelines, please refer to my timeline page :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.

Hi thank you for your response, my husband does not live in the US. Can I fill the whole form out for him? And do I need to sign it also for him since he does not live here? What happens after this? Thank you again

As per my initial comment, yes you can help him to fill it up BUT he will still need to sign the form. It is also wise for him to review the form before he signs it to make sure you've entered the correct information. This would involve mailing of documents to each other. Not something you can avoid unless you're visiting him and having him sign the form and then hand carry it back to the US to ship with your I-130 petition.

Thought I should add this link here: https://www.uscis.gov/news/news-releases/uscis-finalizes-guidance-signature-requirements

Signature is very important on all these forms. Where one needs to sign, it should be signed. Excuse about the beneficiary being overseas is not quite a valid reason because there are postal and courier services that could be used and it's up to you to make it happen, as have many others.
