Hi, does anyone have any experience or thoughts about how to go about removing conditions on CR1 visa if going through a divorce. The divorce isn't final yet. I know that we have to file jointly to remove the conditions but I don't think that is likely.

I do not think so, you can file the waiver and then provide them with the final decree when it does become final.

I am however not an expert on it, it is however what I have read.
