I don't want to go the language camp anymore. Can I still visit my friend?

I think it's clear what trying to visit using the existing (annotated) visa looks like to anybody on the outside. The case may be totally legit and she just wants to visit now after bailing on the cam

yeah..so...your „friend“ needs to either try for a new visa (which I honestly don‘t believe to be issued under these circumstances), or take visa he/she has and GO TO THE CAMP for real!

 

OR stay in Ukraine and not use the visa and you go and visit your „friend“ there

especially because I don‘t believe that „learning the language“ was the true reason.

but lying at POE or actually lying at all (because it seems the initial „camp“ was a lie anyways) will not get you guys what you want..

 

very fishy..seems like a nice try...🙄

Probably that he/she actually will have to go to that camp after arriving in U.S. :P Not the real reason of the trip I'm sure. Anyways it would be nice to know why the sudden change of mind. Especially after paying the deposit as the OP mentioned previously.
