My case has been completed  since Dec 29th 2017,pd may 05 2016. When should  I expect  interview  letter  from Nvc am on F2A category .can I go for interview appointments by may? Can I be scheduled  for interview  by March ending  towards  first week  of April?  Lagos consulate

Most likely on May 2018. You should be contacted at the end of March, or beginning of April. But if I were you, I would try to be proactive and call NVC a few times during that period, regardless of what they say, I have seen they tell some people "we will contact you" or "not until your date becomes current". But they give interview dates for other people with the similar PD.

Thanks  @Tenreyro  should  my husband  who is the petitioner call them or myself  as applicant should  call the Nvc.when should  I call them

Agreed with above poster that your interview will possibly fall on May.

you or your petitioner nay call NVC around last days of March and ask about the status.
