i believe your online n-400 should be sent to phoenix az as cases from other 17 states do

I believe so, in time I will have to go for my biometrics at the Phoenix location.

@Manc73 have you checked your Case Status Online yet?  We just received a text, so I checked.  They've scheduled our biometrics and have mailed an appointment notice.  That was quite the surprise to receive it already.

3.15.2018   USCIS sent the receipt

Wow, the biometrics appointment has been scheduled and they mailed the appointment notice. Now that is a major surprise considering the timescale.

I signed into my online USCIS account and I see a date giving me an estimated completion time.

My husband’s completion estimate was March 2019. We love the site where he actually applied. All the letters he will receive in the mail, appear there too. So, if the postal system fails, we still have the info.
