Nadya had her physical and vaccinations at the American Medical Center (I think that is the name) in Kiev and took the papers she was given to her interview and turned them over to the consular officer. What papers would she have been given?

When we arrived in Chicago, the immigration officer said that the second page of her medical information, the one with the detailed list of vaccinations, was missing from the packet in the sealed brown envelope Nadya had received from the embassy in Kiev.

I emailed the embassy about this, and their reply was that they keep no records and I should contact the hospital (which was no longer on their approved lise). The hospital ignored my emails, so I called and was told that they keep no records on K-1 visa physicals. Does anyone have any advice on how to proceed from here?

TIA

A Civil surgeon can do tests to determine what vaccinations are needed here in the states, and then can do the vaccination supplement.

Also I recomend bringing a copy of the directions included with form I-485 to point out to the doctor that only Vaccination supplement is needed for K-1 visa, noted on page 3 of the I-485 directions.

Are you saying he can verify with tests that Nadya has already had the necessary vaccinations and then fill out the I-693A to take to the interview?

Yes they can do some tests to determine what vaccinations are needed and then do the vaccinations needed in order to fill out I-693A.

I talked with a Civil surgeon and he only wanted to confirm 3 vaccinations, tetanus, varicella, and MMR.
