HI Guys

Do I need to send anything to the USICS after the DOS sends the favorable recommendation? My husband was selected on the H1B visa and we are were told by the lawyer to apply for the waiver only if my husband was selected.  But now I don't know if we need to do anything...

Thanks!

Hi,

Is there anyone who received Final approval notice from USCIS in this month i.e., September? it is almost one month that USCIS accepted my form I-612 from DOS ( NOS J-1 waiver) and i am still awaiting their final decision!! Should be more patient!Capture.thumb.PNG.0d5f1cda1abc160ea03de845a445cf7f.PNG

Hi

Mine was accepted by USCIS june 16 2018 approved June 28. Although the status page even today seems to not have been updated. I got in the mail on July 19, 2018.  You too will get in your mail soon.

Didn't they update your status on the website?  I called them yesterday to expedite my case soon since I need to submit final approval to the USCIS of Minnesota by November 1st. They said they will send me a letter to ask me to prove that my case is in emergent in five days. My case was accepted by USCIS (Vermont) lockbox on Sept 12. I hope the USCIS (Vermont) would not take so much time to give me the final approval.

Hello,

I noticed that are some brazilians here so this question is for you. Brazilian Consulate sent my NOS Aug 17 and I have some problems and could only send the package with the documents a week later. Now, I can see that my documents were received the first week of September but the NOS is not listed in the site.

I was wonder if they don't accept the NOS if it arrives before the package with the case documents?! Did anyone here face similar issue?

Thanks

Did you use the same case number for both things? Maybe the Brazilian embassy can resend the nos email

HI, I sent my documents  a few days after the Brazilian embassy sent NOS to the DOS. The DOS uploaded the documents I send and, a week later they uploaded the NOS.

I've sent an email last night and funny enough the NOS appeared today in the system. Thanks for the info though.

You do not need to send any thing to USCIS. Just wait for USCIS decision. If you are in urgent situation you can call USCIS to ask them expedite your case. My case was submitted on Sept 12 and I called them to expedite my case as soon as possible because I was in urgent case. They review my case and accepted on Sept 28.
