In this scenario the only thing you can do is to try opening an another Service Request for i-485 AOS.

 

Not sure if you've an attorney who can help you with this.

I called USCIS for SR but did not speak with TIer 2. will try that next time. Thanks. I already submitted two SR for I-130 and two for I-485  :)

 

I have a lawyer, but they are suggesting me to wait for a month after second SR. Let's see.
