It is Friday and I am a little disappointed. I really expected the mail for the Biometric Appointment this week. Nothing so far. I am scared that this will now take longer too because everything seems to be delayed.

What do you guys think? When can I expect the letter? I have been checking my mail box everyday and I usually only once or twice a week.

Yes it does!

Don't worry, I think it's on the way, it should be up for the postal system to deliver. Maybe today or tomorrow. Maybe the recent northeaster delayed it. Relax, it will arrive soon.

Quick update:

I received the notice on the mail, dated 03/17/2018 for the biometric appointment for both form I-485 and I-765. I am scheduled to go on April 6th.

@QAF2A said it best: It's all going to happen!

I checked my timeline, and the Biometrics Notice had a date of after the NOA1, you would probably receive between today and Monday.

@Clotillda Have you received physycal NOA1?

I checked my timeline, and the Biometrics Notice had a date of 3 days after the NOA1, but I received after 10 days from the date it had attached, by that timeline, you would receive it by the 21th or maybe 22nd.

Aaaah, I went by your signature and thought that I should have received this week. So you received in on March 27th right? Well, then no panic and I won't check my mail until then. Well no it is weekend anyways. So I won't check my mail box tomorrow. :P

Thank you!!!

Sorry, I edited my reply, I actually saw that I received in 7 days, not 10. But it was sent 3 days after my NOA1, and took 7 days to arrive, so 10 days using as reference my NOA1 issuing date. That's how I landed in the calculation for yours to arrive on May 21. I edited because when I read it again I saw the post where I quoted myself was dated March 24, but the Bio letter was March 17, and decided to edit it.

Yes, I received it on 11th of May after e-notice on 7th.

You should receive it soon, keep an eye on it, depending where you live there could have been a delay with the mail, or something, but it should be there soon. Or maybe there has been some delay at USCIS, because I would have thought for it to be there by now.

They do not give you e-notice that an appointment was scheduled, right?

Cause I have this statement: "On May 3, 2018, we accepted the fingerprint fee for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status,"

I'm just a bit nervous that post might have messed up something.

That's the standard text, don't worry. Just keep an eye on it, your appointment is likely to be in June.

Have you received the NOA1 by mail?

Yeah, but we pretty often get our neighbors' mails in our post-box>.<

Additionally, my husband's green-card was delivered to our neighbor's box lol It was at different apartment complex, though.

Oooh, that's definitely very wrong from your postman, I don't know if is maybe helpful to tell your postman politely about that mistake.

Also, do you have the option to sign up for Informed Delivery, that way you know when things are about to arrive, they scan it at the postal office. The same of signing up for Informed Delivery can also be useful for @thepanda

It makes me a bit nervous lol I mean, so far we were not missing anything vital, but bills and other letters that supposed to be at our neighbor's box make me think that there is always a possibility>.<
