WOW!! Congrats!!! In no time indeed xD

Mark it down as October 4th, because USCIS has erased every trace of the '90 days to Inquire' for EAD's, it is now 5 months for everyone in AOS to inquire.

After QAF2A received the 'ready for interview' and told us that it is not something that checks every day, I decided to go down the same approach, because I indeed was checking it 2 or 3 times a day. I will continue with this more relaxed approached, and marked down the dates on my calendar as well, and have been trying to make the most of the time, and of this season when finally I can go outside with a tshirt instead of 3 layers of clothes xD

Also, your Biometrics appointment is probably going to be set around the 7th, with a margin of error of 4 business days. But the letter should arrive around a week from your NOA1 physical letters.

May has had a good start with a stream of good news. Keep them coming!

Thanks for telling me which date and doing the math for me. lol I will put that in my calendar right now. :) I have read that it is no longer 3 months but I will know that I have reached a kind of milestone.

You received your Biometric Appt. Notice on March 17th. 3 days after your e-notifications. I am hoping to receive something by next week. haha I am just being postivie. :P

Does anyone get notice of action for that?

Congratulations. No notice of action will be sent for that.

I think what I am expecting is that everyone will get their EAD/ AP within 4 months of filing date if I am not wrong. .

Tenreyro said that the ead/ap are now on a mandated schedule of 5 months after filing. Praying these months roll by fast in any event.

Unfortunately, AOS Data for F2A specifically is scarce, I have not found a lot of cases, but the ones I've found have taken a lot of time for them to get the EAD, from 4 to 6 months.

However, when you have little information, and find a small trend they can be the exception, not the rule. That trend are the Oct/Nov 2017 filers. For all I know they are either the trend for F2A or just the exception. Time and research could tell.

However, USCIS did remove the option to inquire after 90 days for EAD, now it is after 5 months, that's more what I meant.

Either way, I hope all of us do receive it in 4 months or less :)

I received my hardcopies of my NOA1s yesterday in the mail already! 1 day after I got my e-notifications if you do not count in the weekend! :D

Congratulations!!!

The same happened to me, they arrived very fast, I think the NOA's are being sent from the Field Offices in behalf of NBC, that way it would arrive faster.

Thanks! I didn’t expect it to be so early. I already booked a trip away. Hope it does not fall on my trip.. I’m expecting the interview letter next week before I leave.

Called National service center that they do not have info on the date and time, but it should be in around 30 days.

Keep in touch everybody!

I looked around a little, and it is likely to be in June, in the week 21 to 25, give or take.

But who knows, all I hope is that it lands on a good date, and that everything goes perfectly good for you and your spouse. :)

Thanks for the good wishes! I’m really surprised now it’s only been 10 weeks. We’ll see what date the interview will be. Will let you know:)
